How to Create Screenshot of Desktop Screen

            Sometimes it is required to prepare Screenshot of files or documents or some error appearing for reference. It may be created as picture by taking printscreen/ screenshot.

Steps:

1. Open the file or folder which do you want to copy & make image file.
2. Press the "PrtScr" Key on top row of keyboard.
3. Open the MS Paint program or MS Picture Manager
4. Press "Ctrl+V" or paste in MS Paint or MS Picture Manager
5. Crop or edit the copied  picture as per your requirement
6. Save the File
7. Your Screenshot is now ready as the picture.
